Over the years, many people have inquired about the possibility of Vermont Furniture Works restoring their furniture. In response, Vermont Furniture Works is now happy to offer this service of refurbishing your aging treasures!

Here's how the program works:

1. Email or snail mail us a photo of your piece showing the 1) overall view of the piece and 2) the specific area needing repair.

2. Email or snail mail a description of what needs to be done.

3. In most cases a quotation can be given at no charge, however, in some cases a $25 quotation fee may be charged depending on the complexity of the restoration and the time needed to accurately quote the job.

4. Vermont Furniture Works will offer a price estimate to do the work. The estimate is just that, an approximate price for completing the restoration. The actual cost of doing the work will be billed on a 'Time and Materials' basis. Our Cabinet shop billing rate is $50 per hour.

5. It is the clients responsibility to transport pieces of furniture to and from our Cabinet shop in Morrisville, Vermont. We can make recommendations for reputable furniture shippers.
