LARGER IMAGE N/A

Dear Vermont Furniture Works,
We wanted to write to say thank you very much for our beautiful dining room furniture...., the furniture is everything we hoped it would be - it looks fabulous. Thanks again for all your help and for delivering on all your promises!

Laura & Doug Smith Kincardine, Canada

Stretcher base tables were very common during the late 1600's through the mid 1700's. These tables served as solid, sturdy work tables as well as dining tables in early American homes. All of our tables are planed and scraped, just as the original pieces were, with the bases constructed of hardwood. We offer three standard lengths; however, we will build custom sizes as well. Shown here with the Mansfield leg and optional 3-board spline jointed top with Cherry stain and a painted Base of Black over Red with light distressing.
