Estate
Custom Design is a program designed to benefit not only your clients
but also you, the professional designer and architect. This service
is offered exclusively to members of the trade in an effort to fill
the needs of a particular client demographic.
These
factors place each piece in the category of unique works of art,
beyond a doubt some of the finest furniture available in the world.
We are able to allow your customers, with your guidance, to
participate in the creation of a masterpiece, a rare opportunity in
today’s production line mentality.
Typically
pieces begin at $10,000.00 and proceed upwards. The lion’s share of
the cost lies in the creative design (aesthetic and construction)
and labor of our craftsman. We recently completed a piece that
required an excess of 500 man hours, one man, one cabinet, 14 weeks.
The client stated that, “the piece exceeded anything he could of
possibly dreamed of,” we not only met this client’s expectations, we
exceed them.
ESTATE CUSTOM DESIGN REWARDS FOR OUR DESIGN PARTNER
It is our
policy not to give random or arbitrary discounts on purchases. Such
discounting of the fine handcrafted furniture and accessories
diminishes the value of high-grade materials, labor, and highly
skilled craftsmanship that are integral to the creation of our
heirloom quality pieces.

Design program incorporated a very robust discount for you. Through
careful attention to our costs and efficiency of the design process
with you and your client, we are able to offer you a 40% discount
off retail price on these on tables and beds.
Case pieces such as hutches, cupboards and the like are considerably more complex in their design, construction concept and construction. This is reflected in a much higher retail price, commensurate with increased design and construction effort. In appreciation of this reality, the Estate Custom Design program offers to the Trade a 25% discount off retail price.

rewarded for their creative efforts and your client to receive a
great piece of furniture!
