How To Order from Vermont Furniture Works
There are several ways for you to place your order.
You may stop in or call the showroom to discuss your choices. The
staff will discuss all aspects of the particular piece or pieces
you are ordering and make sure the correct decisions are made. Your
choices will be clearly explained and your purchase reviewed. We
will examine your account to determine if you are eligible for the
Collector's Program. Then you may give us a credit card number or
mail a check to us as a deposit. The invoice and order will be mailed
to you for your review and, if everything is correct simply sign
the order and mail it back to us in the enclosed self-addressed,
stamped envelope. Once we have received your deposit, we will be
glad to send stain or paint colors samples to you at no charge.
We do ask you to send the samples back to us once you have made
your decision.
We require 50% of the total invoice for a deposit.
We cannot place your piece on our production schedule until we have
your deposit. This is very important and we do hold to this policy.
The balance is due once the piece is complete but before it is shipped.
Our phone number is 802-253-5094 or toll
free 888-822-8393. Our fax number is 802-253-6342.
You can send email to info@vtfurnitureworks.com.
Our address is P.O. Box 1496, Stowe, Vermont
05672.
As always, we are here to answer all your questions
the very best we can, so please do not hesitate to call with questions
before or after making your purchase. We want you to be completely
assured that you are receiving the very best value for your purchase.
The lead-time on orders will vary anywhere from
3-4 months. We build our furniture in small runs of similar pieces.
For instance, we may block out an entire month to build twenty beds.
We would pre-sell as many of those beds as possible. Once all twenty
are sold that is all we are going to build in that run. It may be
a few months before we build beds again. Therefore, if you would
like to receive your piece at a certain time, it is critical for
you to be in touch with the showroom to monitor our production schedule.
If we are aware of your interest in a certain piece and when you
would like it, we will do our best to let you know of upcoming runs.
